Vistry has secured full planning approval for Kings Brook homes. The 226-home Conisbrough development combines 109 affordable properties with 117 private homes and is expected to complete in 2028.

Kier has started construction of Buntingford’s new specialist education facility. The 3,263m² single-storey school will provide 100 places for pupils aged 11 to 19 with severe learning difficulties.

Tartu will use EIB finance to upgrade municipal infrastructure assets. The €51 million programme combines energy-efficiency renovation of public buildings with new and improved walking, cycling, and public-space infrastructure through 2030.

Eiffage will build major sections of Neomat CAM’s battery-materials plant. The near-€500 million Dunkirk-area project requires almost 60,000m² of buildings, substantial concrete and steel volumes, and up to 400 construction workers.

VIVID has started building 38 affordable homes in Horndean, Hampshire. The Chalk Hill Road project will provide social rent and shared ownership on a site originally approved with a majority of market housing.

Cruden has finalised its deal for Kirkcaldy’s former Postings site. The brownfield regeneration proposal would deliver 135 affordable homes with Kingdom Group on the cleared town-centre plot.
