McLaren Construction will deliver Walworth Corners under a £55m contract. The south London scheme combines 283 student beds, 20 social rent homes, retained structure, community space and an all electric design, with completion targeted for spring 2028.

Arada has submitted first plans for London’s Thameside West regeneration. The applications cover nearly 1,500 homes, two social rent buildings, extensive public realm and supporting transport infrastructure within the wider Royal Docks scheme.
