Keepmoat has secured a £22 million Bridlington residential construction contract. Thirteen Housing Group’s £22.268m award covers land acquisition and housing construction, with delivery scheduled from October 2026 to December 2028.

Robertson will restore St Helens’ Grade II listed Gamble Building. The design and build contract will return the central library to Victoria Square while adding archive, youth, office, community and café space.

Clarion has opened a £90m tender for High Path redevelopment. The contract covers 260 affordable apartments, landscaping, access and infrastructure, with construction currently scheduled from June 2027 to July 2032.

Henry Boot has reported a loss for the first half. Revenue fell to £80.7m as residential land and property transactions slowed, while net debt increased to £132.9m.

Castle Building Services has completed Dumfries High School’s MEP package. The £53m school combines heat pumps, photovoltaics, controls, safety systems, and community sports facilities for more than 930 pupils.
