McLaren Construction will deliver Walworth Corners under a £55m contract. The south London scheme combines 283 student beds, 20 social rent homes, retained structure, community space and an all electric design, with completion targeted for spring 2028.

Keepmoat has secured a £10.9m Sheffield affordable housing package deal. The Woodhouse scheme combines 31 houses, 16 apartments, land acquisition, and associated infrastructure.

AC1 Construction has signed the replacement One Victoria building contract. The formal appointment keeps practical completion of the 129-apartment Manchester development targeted for December.
