HG Construction has started work on South Acton’s Bollo Yard. The £76m contract covers 429 student beds and 95 affordable homes after Gateway 2 approval.

Whitbread has appointed Legendre UK for its Vauxhall hotel conversion. Phoenix House will retain its existing structure while becoming a 180-bedroom Premier Inn.

Ogilvie will deliver Inverness High School’s next major investment phase. The scheme combines new sports facilities, refurbishment, demolition, and additional-support teaching space through 2030.

Esh Construction will retrofit 82 homes across Gateshead this winter. The six-month programme combines solar PV, ventilation, and insulated roof upgrades under the Warm Homes programme.

Vistry and Zen Housing will deliver 71 affordable Kent homes. The agreement covers more than half of the 141-home Oakridge Grange development in Tenterden.

Morgan Sindall will replace roofing across two major Sellafield facilities. The £35 million package covers 28,500 sq m and runs to 2031.

Mace is preparing to restart Oxford’s redesigned Daubeny laboratory project. The revised scheme retains most existing structure while linking three buildings with new atriums.

McPhillips will deliver Stoke’s 46-home Doris Robinson Court housing development. The £8.45m contract has been re-awarded after the original appointment of Torsion Construction did not proceed, with works scheduled from 30 September.

Springfield has now signed its first infrastructure-worker housing works agreement. The 39-home package is the opening main contract within a planned 293-home build-to-lease programme across six northern Scottish sites.
