Seddon has secured a £5m Potteries Museum contract in Stoke-on-Trent. The design-and-build scheme covers a new entrance, upgraded public areas, and expanded open storage for collections.

COWI will design Iceland’s Fljótagöng tunnel and new approach roads. The contract for Vegagerðin covers about 24 km of roads and a 5.3 km tunnel linking Siglufjörður and the Fljót district, with design due to finish in November 2026.

Forza Doors has won a £500k package for 105 Victoria. The Westminster scheme is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum as a fully electric, net-zero office development, with Forza supplying fire doors plus washroom doors and panels from FSC-certified timber.

St Helens has backed phase two at Parkside Colliery site. The hybrid consent opens the way for enabling, access, drainage, and infrastructure works across the former colliery at Newton-le-Willows, supporting a further tranche of logistics and manufacturing floorspace within the Liverpool City Region Freeport.
