Vert Projects will refurbish London’s landmark Greater London House complex. The live-building programme upgrades offices, amenity areas, terraces, services, and public-facing spaces while thousands of occupants remain in place.

Scottish Historic Buildings Trust seeks a Bernat Klein design team. The commission covers costed RIBA Stage 2 proposals for restoration of Peter Womersley’s Category A-listed modernist studio near Selkirk.

CCL Facades has secured Wolverhampton’s Bicycle Works envelope package contract. The scope includes 1,324 windows, curtain walling, and doors across three six-storey residential buildings.

Aberdeen is preparing a £1.39m Beach Ballroom works tender package. Roof, access, glazing, security, and maintenance upgrades will form part of the city’s wider beachfront investment programme.

Willmott Dixon has started Oldham’s £28m Prince’s Gate housing development. The first phase will deliver 75 affordable homes beside Mumps Metrolink, with completion scheduled for summer 2028.

VINCI Building will start major St Helens enabling works shortly. Drainage and public realm construction from 24 August will support the new transport interchange and wider first phase of town-centre regeneration.

Kier has secured the contract to redevelop London’s Holden House. The £98.95m West End scheme retains its Grade II-listed façade, adds eight storeys, and uses a precast construction strategy on a constrained Oxford Street site.
