Kier has secured the contract to redevelop London’s Holden House. The £98.95m West End scheme retains its Grade II-listed façade, adds eight storeys, and uses a precast construction strategy on a constrained Oxford Street site.

Story Contracting will deliver the Cleator Moor community hub project. The £4.2m, 14-month programme will link and refurbish listed town-centre buildings, add a café and community facilities, and overhaul surrounding public space.
