Wates Residential has secured a major new Welsh regeneration appointment. Trivallis selected the contractor for Penrhys following a year-long procurement process. Planning permission and contractual completion remain outstanding.

Hargreaves has secured engineering work at Sizewell C nuclear project. Its contract covers three foul-water treatment facilities, with design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning expected over two years from early 2027.
