FM Conway will deliver a major highways and public realm contract for Westminster City Council, working with WSP across some of the capital’s most visible streets and public assets.
The agreement covers the design, construction, inspection, and maintenance of Westminster’s highway network, including carriageways, footways, street lighting, drainage, bridges, and structures. It also includes support for a range of regulatory functions linked to the borough’s public realm.
Awarded for an initial 8.5-year term, with the option of a further four-year extension, the contract has an estimated value of £1.25bn over 12.5 years. For FM Conway, the award extends its position in long-term urban highways delivery, where continuity of maintenance, capital works, and asset inspection increasingly sits inside multi-year integrated contracts.
