DIGGER GUARD has launched three machinery protection products at Hillhead 2026, adding Clearview secondary glazing, Sky Shield Weather Defender Kits, and high-visibility polymer outrigger pads to its range.
Clearview is designed as an external sacrificial impact shield fitted over existing cab glass. Made from hard-coated polycarbonate, the screen is intended to absorb and disperse impact energy before it reaches the original glazing, reducing the risk of damage from flying debris, vandalism, and high-velocity strikes.
Alongside the glazing product, Sky Shield kits provide removable weather protection for open-cab machinery, using glass-like polymer panels to protect operators from UV exposure, rain, wind, airborne debris, and fixed object hazards. The outrigger pads are designed for ground stabilisation on heavy plant and utility vehicles, with off-the-shelf and custom versions available for site-specific use.
